Paypal Site www.paypal.com | | | OUR POLICY When shipping anything "live" whether by Express or not, there's always a risk of DOA (dead on arrival) due to rare occasions such as delays, etc. US Post Office does not guarantee live bird shipments even if it is mailed "Overnight Express" by the time & date checked. Therefore all shipments are at each buyer's risk with no shipping refunds! If the temperature is 85 degrees in Michigan we cannot ship until it drops below that number. In winter months if it is 25 or below we cannot ship until it warms up over that number as well. if you have any problems with or questions with the shipment please contact us as soon as possible.

through the US postal services, do not let this information discourage you from purchasing some of the best birds around. Over all, USPS along with some major airlines have done a great job getting live shipments all over the US safely within 1 to 2 days. We will do everything in our power to ensure the safest way to transport them from our loft to yours. Shipping rates will vary depending on location destination quantity and box size. | Shipments from here are charged a fuel surcharge by USPS of $1 per pound in addition to the regular Express fees. My fees listed above includes all fuel surcharges that are applied by USPS and the cost of a new bio-filtered box. |
